To register product 

1. Click the Register Licenses button to open the Register Certificates dialog box
2. Enter one or more valid certificates.  Two methods are available:
   • Use the Enter Certificate number field. If your entry is incorrect an error message is displayed in red.  If the entry is correct, the product name and certificate are added to the Products To Register list.
   • Click the Import button and select file containing Certificate Numbers (one per line).  An error message is displayed if  a certificate is incorrect.   If the entry is correct, the product name and certificate are added to the Products To Register list.
3. Click the Register All button.   
4. If the computer is online, the procedure will complete automatically.   Otherwise follow the offline action procedure 

For automating installation and registration process invoke ICC from the command line using /c or /f options.
The SDK installer should wait for ICC to exit.  At that point, you would be able to analyze the exit code and the log file contents to confirm success.
